Fajita Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

  • 2 large yellow pepper diced
  • 2 large red pepper diced
  • 1 yellow onion minced

  • 16 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 24 oz. uncooked breakfast sausage any kind will work and option to use pre-cooked
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 15-oz. can refried beans
  • 16 large flour tortillas
