Crockpot Chicken and Rice Video (Without Any Condensed Soup!)
Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 4 (7 to 8 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tsp EACH salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried basil
  • ½ tsp EACH paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, pepper

  • 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese, divided, at room temperature
