Kick- Butt Creamy Cashew Sauce
Ingredients
  • Kick- Butt Creamy Cashew Sauce
  • 8 ounces of unsalted cashews
  • 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • ¼th of a table spoon of garlic powder OR 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 to 2 cups of water (The longer you soak the cashews the less water you need)
  • OPTIONAL: Hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, Apple cider vinegar, or extra garlic
  • Prep: Soak 8 ounces of unsalted cashews for at least 2 hours. The longer you soak the creamier the sauce. I do not recommend soaking them for more than 24 hours.
  • Making the Sauce
  • Drain and rinse the cashews then place in your blender
