KETO - Fry Bread

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • Bacon grease - approx ¼ cup
Steps
  1. Mix mozzarella and egg.  Microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Add almond flour and mix until all ingredients are completely incorporated.
  3. Separate into 4 balls.  Roll out into tortilla shaped breads.
  4. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and fry in bacon grease for 1 to 2 minutes per side until crisp.
  6. Fold into taco shape if using that way. Can leave flat and add jelly.  Meat and cheese, mini pizza, garlic butter, etc.
