Chocolate Banana Protein Bread Gluten-Free
Ingredients
  • 80g ground gluten-free oats (or oat flour)
  • 60g whey protein (use our amazing creamy all-natural & hormone-free whey!)
  • 60g coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 ½ tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)- whisked
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 mashed over ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 100g dark chocolate drops (75g for the bake, and 25g to sprinkle on top before baking)
