Crustless Pizza Keto
Ingredients
  • 2 to 4 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • Any toppings you like on your pizza
Steps
  1. You will want to use a non stick skillet. The size of your skillet will determine how much cheese you need. Spread your mozzarella cheese in the bottom and any toppings you like, sprinkle a little more cheese on top. Place pan on medium heat. Cook till cheese is brown and crispy on bottom. Slide out of pan and slice.
