Pumpkin Spice Latte (Aip/Paleo/Sugar-Free/Low Fodmap)
Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups boiled water
  • 2 bags of dandelion root tea
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup homemade pumpkin purée*
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • 1 inch chunk of ginger
  • Pinch himalayan pink salt
  • ½ to 1 tbsp maple syrup (1 tbsp if you prefer and can tolerate a bit more sweetness)
