Ingredients

  • 225 grams ( ½ lb) fresh rhubarb washed and trimmed, and cut into 10 cm lengths
  • 30 mL ( 2 tablespoon) granulated sugar
  • 15 mL ( 1 tablespoon) rose water
  • subheading: Dark chocolate ganache:
  • 300 grams ( ⅔ lb) Cacao Barry Ocoa 70% dark chocolate chopped
  • 250 mL ( 1 cup) whipping cream (35 % fat)
  • Cacao Barry extra brute cocoa powder
