Red Enchilada Sauce - Heated Blender

Ingredients
  • 2 14oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium white onion - quartered
  • 4 cloves peeled garlic
  • 1 jalapeno (I removed most of the pith and seeds to keep the heat low)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 TBL cumin
  • 1tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 TBL sugar
  • 1 TBL freeze dried cilantro (because I did not have any fresh)
Steps
  1. Add to Blender - Sauce Setting

  • I used what I had in my pantry.
