Easy Protein Muffins
Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder or 1 cup homemade protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup chocolate chunks or walnuts

  • ⅔ cup light brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 cup mashed banana, ~2 medium ripe bananas (no bananas substitute ground flax seed, oatmeal powder, applesauce or if using homemade protein powder you may omit and add ⅓ cup shredded carrots and ¼ cup raisins)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk (may need more)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
