Ingredients
- Soy chunks
- Beaf bullion
- Sugar
- Black vinegar
- Onions
- Garlic Ginger
- Soy sauce
- Chili de arbol
- Chili flakes
- Corn starch
- Wood ear, fresh chili, bamboo shoots (optional)
- Scallions
Steps
- Reconstitute soy chunks in beaf bullion and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
- Rinse the chunks with water.
- Marinate chunks with chili flakes, soy sauce, oil, corn starch.
- Saute onions, garlic, ginger, and chili de arbol.
- Add soy chunks and saute.
- Add chili flakes, soy sauce, and beaf bullion.
- Braise greens on the side of the wok.
- Add cornstarch slurry and stir until thickened.
