  • 3 Celery Stalks (diced)
  • 4 Carrots (peeled and diced)
  • 3C Vegetable Broth
  • 3 Potatoes (peeled and small diced)
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1C Frozen Peas
  • 1C Cut Green beans (fresh or Frozen)
  • 1 to 2C Broccoli Florets
  • ½C Almond Milk
  • note: Optional Fresh Herbs; Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley
  • 1T Poultry Seasoning (Yes its Vegan despite the name)
  • Salt & Pepper tt
  • 1 Recipe for Pie Crust OR store bought pie crust in the freezer aisle. There are vegan ones.
