  • 270g bread flour
  • 20g milk powder
  • 15g granulated sugar
  • 5g instant yeast
  • 3g salt
  • 50g unsalted butter, at room temperature, cut into pieces.
  • Egg wash: 1 egg whisked with 1 Tbsp water
  • To finish: Melted butter and flaky sea salt (optional)
