Asparagus Gruyere Tart

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (prerolled gives you the perfect size)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 ⁄4 cup shredded gruyere cheese
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
