Ingredients
- ½ cooked chicken breast, cubed
- ¼ c each carrots, peppers, shredded cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower,green beans, bok choy
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 to 3 Tbsp tamari sauce (or low sodium soy sauce)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Steps
- Heat 1 to 2 Tbsp water in a large pan.
- Add all vegetables and tamari. Toss to combine.
- Sautée on medium heat until all vibrant in colour, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken and combine. Cook 2 to 3 minutes to allow chicken to heat through.
- Serve.
Notes
- If adding spinach or kale, add at same time as chicken.
- To increase servings, simply double, triple or quadruple ingredients.
