Beef Stroganoff

So last night I made beef stroganoff and it was really good, super easy, and really inexpensive to feed 8 people with some left over!!!  I found a recipe with some ingredients i wanted to use, but couldn’t get into the site for the “how to”. So I did a little of this, a little of that, and it turned out phenomenal.
Ingredients
  • subheading: I used :
  • 2 lbs of lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1tbsp Worcestershire
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 16oz egg noodles
  • I can cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 cups beef broth
Steps
  1. I turned IP on sauté and waited till it said hot. Then added my oil, meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Then I added the broth, Worcestershire and soup and stirred. Then added the egg noodles and stirred. I put the cream cheese on top of the noodles. Set pot to 6 min high pressure with a quick release. Stir and add 1 cup sour cream. Perfection!
