So last night I made beef stroganoff and it was really good, super easy, and really inexpensive to feed 8 people with some left over!!! I found a recipe with some ingredients i wanted to use, but couldn’t get into the site for the “how to”. So I did a little of this, a little of that, and it turned out phenomenal.
So last night I made beef stroganoff and it was really good, super easy, and really inexpensive to feed 8 people with some left over!!! I found a recipe with some ingredients i wanted to use, but couldn’t get into the site for the “how to”. So I did a little of this, a little of that, and it turned out phenomenal.
Ingredients
- subheading: I used :
- 2 lbs of lean ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1tbsp Worcestershire
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 4oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16oz egg noodles
- I can cream of mushroom soup
- 5 cups beef broth
Steps
- I turned IP on sauté and waited till it said hot. Then added my oil, meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Then I added the broth, Worcestershire and soup and stirred. Then added the egg noodles and stirred. I put the cream cheese on top of the noodles. Set pot to 6 min high pressure with a quick release. Stir and add 1 cup sour cream. Perfection!
