Chocolate pizzelle with cream cheese frosting. Whisk 1/4 c flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder, pinch of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder together. Add 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons melted butter 1/2 large egg or 1 small egg, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla until combined. Scoop 2 heaping teaspoons into pizzele maker and cook until golden brown.
