Korean Ground Beef Bowl
Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Reduced sodium soy sauce or Tamari sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground ginger (or 1 tablespoon freshly grated)
  • ½ teaspoon - 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • ¼ cup Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado oil or Vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Minced garlic (jar or fresh)
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 2 Green onions, thinly sliced (+ more for garnish)
  • Garnishes: Sesame seeds, cucumbers, green onions, and spicy sauce
  • 1 head Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 bag Cauliflower rice
