  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 Gelson’s organic bay leaf
  • 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken (mix of white and dark meat)
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp rough-chopped celery leaves
