  • Melissa Swift Wallace I did my ribs last night 2 large baby backs cut each in half cooks on high pressure for 18 minutes NPR for 12 I almost couldn't get them out they were falling off the bone. Put on foiled sheet slathered them with bbq sauce and 15 minutes in a 425* oven for 15 minutes. Best ribs ever but forgot to take a picture they all ended up in our stomachs. Lol.

  • Susan A. Karnesky I don't cut the rack up before cooking, I simply roll it to get it into the pressure cooker. I can get two racks in a time. I've seen that some people get three racks in a time, but that's a pretty tight roll. And if you put that much in, I think you need to increase the cooking time by just a couple of minutes.
