Ingredients
  • ¾ c. coconut flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill)
  • 1 c. tapioca starch
  • ¾ tsp each: baking soda, salt, optional herbs
  • 1 tsp gelatin (I use Great Lakes red can)
  • ¼ c. + 1 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • ¾ c. - 1 c. canned coconut milk (slightly watered down to the consistency of nut milk, which you can also use here*)
