40 Clove Garlic Chicken
loading...
Ingredients
- I have not tried that one...and I'm not sure I want to! Haha! My crew and I prefer the "baked oatmeal" texture of things...slimy just doesn't cut it! Here is an easy and TASTY chicken idea...40 clove garlic chicken (it is NOT strong!). Take apart 2 or so whole cloves of garlic (leaving the papers on each individual clove). Place chicken legs and things (or split breasts...bone in is better) on top of garlic cloves. Pour ½ cup or so of Apple Cider vinegar over chicken. Drizzle about ¼ to ½ cup olive oil over chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for about 75 to 90 minutes....yummy! This is a great S protein...we like to squeeze the garlic out of their papers and smash into the chicken to eat it (incredible light, sweet flavor).
