Non-Sourdough Low-Knead 'Sourdough' Bread

Ingredients
- 400g strong white bread flour - I use the Sainsbury’s basic one
- 150g rye flour - I’m using the Bacheldre organic stoneground rye flour
- 150g wholemeal flour - I’m using the Bacheldre organic stoneground strong wholemeal
- 430ml water - slightly warm is best
- 1 packet of fast action dried yeast (equivalent of 7g) - I use the Sainsbury’s ones
- a teaspoon salt - I use Cornish Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon extra version olive oil
- You will also need a large bowl, (or a large plastic container with a lid which is my new favourite way to do it) more olive oil and some baking parchment.
