  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips, mini or regular size
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts, optional
