Keto flax bread
So I made the Flax Seed Bread from a recipe someone posted here. I like it but I may add a bit more salt. I want to look for a sandwich slice sized pan that I can bake some of the breads that don’t rise much. As baked in a regular loaf pan it’s still good as a go-along-with a meal thing. I’m surprised how much I like this and I’ll play around with seeds and seasonings in this one. Wish I remembered who posted but it’s really a standard recipe. I forgot to copy the macros but it is 0 carb. I always input the recipe in Carb Manager and label it as one serving. When cooled, I weigh the full loaf and Carb manager list the one serving as that total weight (I prefer grams to be more accurate. When I eat a slice, I then weigh that and the app calculates everything.  I baked in a convection oven and it was done in 35-40 minutes

INGREDIENTS
2 cups ground flax seed
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp sea salt
5 eggs room temperature
1/2 cup water room temperature
1/3 cup mel
