  • 1 cup milk (I used 2%)
  • 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces brie, rind removed + cubed

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 ½ cups whole raw pecans
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
