Ingredients
  • 16 oz Smoked Sausage (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 vidalia onion
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes w/ chiles (whatever spice level you like)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz dried pasta (I used penne)
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • ½ c sour cream
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
