Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
Steps
  1. Mix all except butter.
  2. Add more milk if necessary to make a thin batter.
  3. Heat a pan with butter until sizzling hot.
  4. Cook pancakes until brown on one side, flip and brown the other side, about 5 minutes.
Notes
  • May also use a plett pan.
