No Bake Cookies with Banana, Peanut Butter & Chocolate
Ingredients
  • 2 medium-sized bananas ripe but not too mushy
  • 1 cup chocolate chips dairy-free to keep vegan - 175 g
  • ¼ cup all-natural peanut butter - 65 g
  • ¼ tsp salt + more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup non-dairy milk like coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats - 285 g - I recommend you measure them out with a scale
