Ingredients
  • 2 large chicken breasts 6 to 9 ounces each or 4 small chicken breasts (4 oz each)
  • ½ cup gluten-free flour or all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced thin (I recommend Cremini, but any mushrooms will work)
  • 4 tablespoons butter or ghee
  • 4 cloves garlic mashed
  • 1 cup marsala wine
  • ½ cup coconut milk the thick part at the top of the can
  • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
