Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 Tbl sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- seeds of one vanilla bean (or 1TB vanilla extract)
- raw sugar
Steps
- Whisk ingredients together, put in 5 wide mouth half pint mason jars. lids on, finger-tight.
- High pressure 9 minutes, npr.
- Cool uncovered then cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Sprinkle with raw sugar and torch.
