Ingredients
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 Tbl sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • seeds of one vanilla bean (or 1TB vanilla extract)
  •  
  • raw sugar
Steps
  1. Whisk ingredients together,  put in 5 wide mouth half pint mason jars.  lids on, finger-tight.
  2. High pressure 9 minutes,  npr.
  3. Cool uncovered then cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.  Sprinkle with raw sugar and torch.
