Easy Lemon Tahini Pasta (Creamy & Vegan!)
Ingredients
  • 8 oz fettuccini or linguini
  • ¾ cup nondairy milk (I like to use almond or cashew)
  • ¼ cup high-quality tahini*
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp ground mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup basil, chopped
  • Optional: ¼ cup vegan parmesan
  • Black pepper, to taste
