Ingredients
  • 2 tbs Vegetable or sunflower oil
  • 10 Curry leaves
  • 1½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3 Large Maris piper potatoes (thinly sliced: 4mm)
  • 8 g Ginger (grated)
  • 2 Green chillies (add just 1 for less heat)
  • 1⅓ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 6 g Coriander (chopped for garnish)
