  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms sliced
  • ½ cup tawny port wine
  • 1 cup beef bone broth
  • 1 tbsp organic onion powder
  • 1 tsp organic garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Gluten-Free Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 tbsp organic paprika
  • pink salt
  • fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 ounces cream cheese cut into chunks
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum (optional)
  • ¼ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped
