  • 1 pinch Fine Salt
  • 120 gr (½ cup) Unsalted Butter - very cold
  • 1 Egg - at room temperature

  • 200 gr (7 oz) Dark Cooking Chocolate - (*see notes below)
  • 200 ml (¾ cup 1 tablesp.) Heavy / Thickened Cream
