Overnight Oats with Frozen Fruit
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt ( benefits of Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup unsweetened milk of choice (I used almond milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups frozen fruit (berries, mangos, pineapple, etc.)
  • Optional: maple syrup or honey (if added sweetness is desired)
  • Toppings: nut butter, seeds, nuts
