Garlic cream sauce
Ingredients
  • 3tbs butter
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • ¾cup HWC
  • ½ to ¾ cup parmesan
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste

  • Heat pan on medium heat.
  • Put butter in pan in a tsp size past, add garlic on top of butter let melt and cook for 3 to 5 minutes... just to cook garlic but not brown.
  • Whisk in HWC, simmer for 2 to 3 min. Whisk in parmesan cheese til thick. Turn off heat and serve.

  • Yields about 1 cup of sauce, with 1 carb for the entire batch.
