  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups dry white wine or broth
  • 2 cups shredded provolone
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 packages (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup basil pesto
