It’s Keto Holiday Baking Time & I’ll be sharing more delicious recipes for all of y’all to make it through Keto Style.

Kristie’s oh so good Sugar Cookies

2 1/2 cups Almond Flour
7 1/2 Tbsps of Swerve Confectioners Sugar
1 stick of Kerrygold salted butter, softened
2 1/2 tsps of Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
1 Tbsp Swerve Confectioners Sugar to dip fork into

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl by hand (wear gloves because it’s sticky) until it forms a ball. Then form small balls and flatten out (cookies don’t spread out while baking). Once I had them laid out on my baking pan I dipped a fork in swerve confectioners sugar and pressed down on top of the uncooked cookies in a criss-cross pattern. Cook for 6 to 8 mins until edges start browning. Definitely watch so they don’t over brown.
