Chocolate Fat Bombs
Ingredients
  • ·         ¼ cup of butter
  •  
  • ·         1 cup coconut oil
  •  
  • ·         ½ to ⅔ cup Truvia or Erithirol
  •  
  • ·         1 tsp liquid Stevia
  •  
  • ·         ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
  •  
  • ·         2 cups slivered walnuts, almonds, pecans or macadamia nuts (I use half pecans and half walnuts)
  •  
  • ·         1 to 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  •  
  • ·         ⅓ to ½ cup of almond butter or natural peanut butter (I use no sugar added almond butter)

Steps
  1. Stir together and scoop into lined mini muffin tins for quick snack - refrigerate or freeze until firm. Enjoy!
