Shredded beef
Ingredients
  • 2 lb boneless stewing beef
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 carrot, chopped fine
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomatoes paste
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup basalmic vinaigrette dressing
  • 8 rolls
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Steps
  1. Mix flour and meat cook in slow cooker. Add remaining stuff except dressing g, rolls and cheese. Cover w/ lid. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low or 4 to 6 on high. Add dressing, stir. Shred meat with fork. Top with cheese. Fill rolls and eat.
