stir-fried shrimp ramen, IP

  1. sauté button until hot, add sesame oil.
  2. Lightly sauté celery and green onions cut on the bias and strips of red and green bell peppers.
  3. When opaque, add 2 packets of dry ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets).
  4. In a small bowl, combine soy and teriyaki to equal ½ cup.  add 1½ cups of chicken broth, chopped garlic, fresh ginger, chili sauce, sesame oil and toasted sesame stir fry sauce.  Stir well and pour over noodles.  The liquid doesn't need to cover the noodles.
  5. Manual for 2 minutes, QR.  Open the lid, add shrimp and saute for 1 minute or until shrimp is fully cooked.  sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
