Herbed Dinner Rolls (Keto)
omit honey & yeast, add 2 T nutritional yeast, use only 2 T butter for topping
Ingredients
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • ½ tsp active dry yeast (optional)
  • 60 grams egg white powder (¾ cup)
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot starch/flour/powder (optional(
  • 1 tbsp allulose
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
  • ¼ tsp redmond real salt
  • 1 tsp egg yolk powder (note: fresh yolks don't give the same effect)
  • ¼ cup ghee or butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped
  • flake salt to taste
