  • Coriander seeds : 4 tsp
  • Asafoetida / Hing : ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves : 20
  • Oil : 2 tsp
  • subheading: For the tempering :
  • Ghee / Clarified butter : 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds / Jeera : ½ tsp
  • Mustard seeds / Rai : ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves : 5 to 6
  • Dried red chillies : 2
