  • 3 acorns squash for serving optional
  • subheading: Chicken Carnitas Seasoning:
  • 2 tsp sea salt + more to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tsp cumin + more to taste
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
