Keto Twice Baked Cauliflower Casserole
Ingredients
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 4 oz. full fat cream cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup full fat sour cream6 slices of bacon
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup full fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder / or 1 to 2 cloves of fresh pressed garlic.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
