(No-Bake!) Keto Strawberry Cheesecake
Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup strawberries
  • 5 tablespoons sour cream plus more for serving (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons grass-fed butter at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 to 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice to taste
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons powdered erythritol or xylitol, to taste (I use 2)*
