Parmesan/Lupin Buns
Ingredients
  • subheading: sift together into a bowl:
  • 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lupin flour
  • 1 tbsp oat fiber
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • subheading: Add and stir into dry ingredients (optional):
  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • subheading: Add to dry ingredients and stir well:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons warm water
  • 2 drops sucralose (optional)
  • put into greased muffin top pan (this makes four regular sized hamburger-type buns)
  • bake @350o for 20 minutes or until nicely golden brown on top.
