  • ¼ cup (34 g) roasted unsalted almonds , chopped

  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
  • 1 lemon , juiced
  • 6 fresh mint leaves , thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup
  • ½ tsp onion powder
