  • ½ cup grass-fed butter, softened (or ghee)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • subheading: For the topping:
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 Tbsp grass-fed butter (or ghee)
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup gluten free oats (omit for Paleo, or substitute with chopped nuts)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
